I won't be teaching in London during Christmas, so there'll be no studio classes with me between December 22nd 2022 and January 2nd 2023. If you'd like to move and connect with me, I'll host an online Vinyasa Flow class on Tuesday, December 27th! This will be a mixed-level flow. We'll start slow and gentle before building the energy with a bit of yang ;) Expect Rocket influences with some sweet, yin vibes thrown in.
