I’m all about letting go of right/wrong mindsets when it comes to mindfulness and healing.

I’m about doing what you need to do to communicate, navigate, and better understand your experience of this world, your body, your home, in this lifetime.

And that’s my practice. Exploring, unravelling, and detangling what it means to be alive through bodily expression, breath, meditation, yoga, and other movement modalities.

Want to explore healing practices with me?

Ready when you are.
